Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration process and using our services, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

Billing Policy
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. You will be invoiced via email to login to the billing manager to make payment. All Payments are due within 10 days of invoicing.
You will be notified via email if your account is past due. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments are made. If your account has been deleted due to non-payment, a $35.00 reconnection fee will need to be paid plus all monies due to reactivate your account and bring it current.
If you do not contact us, or reply to our collection efforts, your account will be sent to collections. Our collection agency reports all unpaid fees to the credit reporting agencies.

Refunds
We do not offer ANY refunds on hosting, prepaid monthly, semi annually or yearly.

Refusal or Discontinuances of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our sole discretion - without notice.

No Warranty
We provide our web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition.
Although we strive to have our servers up and running 24 hours, 7 day a week, it is not always in our control to avoid technical problems or other difficulties that may arise and may possibly result in loss of data or other interruptions in service.
We cannot be held responsible or liable and will be held harmless in the event of lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement.
